And how Kia sells so many of those Souls is beyond me. We had a rental and it was horrid and cheap. They sell like hotcakes. Homely too. Must be people with bad credit.

See, I'd totally disagree. I think the latest crop of Souls are great. Just my two cents.

I think the "box car" trend in the U.S. is essentially done, which is too bad. They were so practical and fun.

I do think Scion screwed up by not bringing over the last bB instead of giving us the xB2 (aka Corolla Rumion). I could go on and on about this, but that's beating a dead horse.

FYI, Scion sold 6,270 units last month. Here's the breakdown:

SCION FR-S: 770
SCION iA: 1,977
SCION iM: 1,408
SCION iQ: 8 (discontinued)
SCION xD: 6 (discontinued)
SCION xB 1,021
SCION tC 1,080

That's fewer than Mitsubishi's lineup by 1,156, and the iA is the best-selling model at this point. But Scion has never been about big numbers. However, to give you an idea, 10 years ago in October, Scion sold 12,344 vehicles—49% more than now, and that was with only three models (xA, xB, tC).
