the wipers are both moves uniformly via a single motor. Therefor if you are having syncing issues is likely that one of your wiper arms was installed at a different orientation.
All you'd have to do is pop off the black tab where the arm attaches to the car and use a socket to remove the arm. Then reinstall in proper orientation
