Speaker depth front door 2007 HB 2 door

After doing research I came to the conclusion that these speakers would fit into the doors(2007 2 door hatchback)

The speakers I am going to purchase are 44mm mounting depthe 5.25 round speakers and want to be 100% sure they will not be too deep

P.S I am not asking if these are good because many will say they are junk but I dont want opinions on quality as these are cheap and better then the almost blown factory speakers. Thanks for the help.

The depth will not be a problem.

For your reference. Ruler is touching the glass of the rolled down window.

The link you provided is for 5.25". Stock fronts are 6.5" and the hole in the door is 6".

So what speaker measurment do I need for doors.6'' or 6 1/4''.And what are the rears?

This is a 2007 hatchback 2 door.Someone said on this same site that the doors are 5.25.

I will remove panel and check before buying.

I put 6 3/4 components in mine. The mounting depth was 1 15/16th. I made a spacer to mount them with.

The front and rears are in the hatch are the same.

I would go with 6 1/2", you will also need mounting brackets.

I always recommend Crutchfield. You and enter your vehicle there, and it will tell you what will fit, and what you need to install them. They also give you mounting brackets for free.

Thanks for info.I am just going to remove speaker and bring it to the store to compare.I dont want to be messing around with brackets and all that stuff.I dont have the time for custom mounting/fenagling.Or I may just get a shop to install. Its not that I cant do as I used to do bodywork professionally so customizing isnt out of my abilities, but its just a time issue thing.

You have to have a bracket to mount in the new speaker. The factory speaker's frame is its own mounting bracket. Once you drill out the rivets to remove it, the replacement speakers do not line up with the holes.

The brackets crutchfield supply bolt right up with no issues.

These here should do.I see what you mean how the speaker is attached to plate/bracket.
