Did you check the big 120A fuse inline with the positive battery terminal. There are 2 fuses there, one 120A and one 60A.
If you foolishly didn't disconnect the battery before replacing the alt, you could have very well blown one of the 'Main' fuses.

the fuse block comes as one so you get both 120/60 and price is 24$ plus tax at toyota .
