It's almost impossible to break the torque on those without being attached to something (like the battery terminal). Drop a battery back in, clamp the terminal, and break them loose. If you can get your hands on an impact wrench, that can help too. Breaker bars or longer wrenches are only going to shear off the bolt.

This. Almost everyone has an electric impact driver. If you do not, you probably know someone who does. A new fusible link is only like 20 bucks if you replace it. You can hold the link in a rag in your hand and hit it with the driver a few times.

Already tried that, did the two man knuckle scraper method also
