2009 Yaris KYB shocks NEED a boot - Toyota Yaris Forums

Is this for the rear shock? The Rear shock strut fits through a support tube (boot) (48750-52100, about $28 at the dealer) then through a rubber stopper (48752-52010,~ $8) below the the mounting plate. The strut is then captured by the top bushing, bushing retainer and lock nuts.

the oem boot is all one piece at the top, tried twisting it off but that doesn't work
