so I took them apart and I had trouble getting one off. very dirty. I cleaned everything with brake clean and antiseized everything so hopefully next time I go to take the cover off it wont be stuck. I tested it and the problem seems to have been taken care of. thank you guys. I will keep you posted for anything new that comes up. Is it possible that a large amount of brake dust inside the drums could have caused this problem?
