Wondering why southern states have the rally spoiler? I called dealers in Michigan and Ohio (right next to Canada) and they can not get them

I'm sure it has something to do with Yankees being too pansy to rock a rally spoiler.

Just kidding of course! That doesn't make any sense that he couldn't get it. From country to country, okay, I can see there may be some differences, but not region to region in the same country...?

I got a buddy who works at Toyota and he hooked me up. Granted, they did have to order it from Toyota Japan, but it only took about a week. The retail price I think is about $450 painted.

Here are the part numbers that I was given by my buddy. The different codes are for different colors. I don't know which one is which but I'm sure you can figure it out by looking in the doorjam and checking the paint code.
