Echo vitz hatchback change oil without jack ?

I set up everything for all fluid changes after a drive. Then rev engine and drain as quickly as possible. Oil going into the oil pump's relief valve is unfiltered and a tiny piece of junk wedged just right could jam a piston type valve open and kill oil pressure.
The less that settles the best.
(obviously must be done avoiding hot fluid on skin)
