Michelins
Went out for a drive tonight and these are quite impressive tires.I think 50 is the sweet spot and am glad I run 205 R16 with wide tires.I like the heavier feeling of the steering yet very responsive.
This tire is being discontinued BTW.Not sure why ..maybe just in Canada? Like I said earlier a couple of guys really liked the look of the car. Another fella said why do up a yaris and I said its an extremly fun car to drive especially after lowering and putting on some decent/wheels/tires. I have probaly seen 40/50?? or so yaris's in my area but have yet to see one modified period. Hondas on the other hand are all over the place modified and arent even worth a second glance anymore....yaaaawn. Another thing I notice is that every yaris I have seen, even 2007 models in these canadian winters have zero rust.1 hour north of Toronto here and lotsa salt and long winters. The 2007/2008 hatch is my favourite yaris btw. If I could afford it I would buy another and do it up for a purely summer only souped up version. My only peeves are no intermittent rear wiper and it could of had indipendant rear susp, but that would have brought the cost up quite a bit(the rear susp part) Oh..and a scirocco type yellow would have been a nice option. |
