The tails look like the new Acura TL-S tails, and the smoked section reminds me of the previous gen Jettas/Golfs. Love it.

Oh, I see what you mean, that's just the badge of the trim level, we have E (economic), G (gorgeous) and S (Superior or Superb, can't remember). Hey, I didn't make this up, it's Toyota's marketing....
