You better go to a local shop to get your suspension inspected if you can't do it yourself.
Also it's not really possible for me to find the issue without looking at it.
One thing check if you can see oil leaking from your coilovers, if so they are probably toast.

he means struts and shocks, as coils are your springs and do not contain oil...
