Polyurethane Engine Mount (not 3m)
Did the metal sleeve come with the poly bushing, or did you have to order that separately from red line?

This seems like the best option and something I'll likely do down the road when my poly dogbone gives out

The prothane mount was cut to size. I don't think that they replaced the metal sleeve when they removed the old rubber. Most shops locally will burn out the old rubber with a blow torch.

I cut chunks of silicone couplers (for intake connections, etc) & jammed them into the voids of the torque mount & the trans mount.

for the fluid motor mount, I gutted it and filled the top and bottom with 60a urethane

idle is noticeable but otherwise its not bad at all
