Short of replacing on with a new door or a used one from a salvage yard, I think you best bet would be to try the zip tie stitch method. You would need to drill a few matching holes on each side of the break and zip tie it back together. It may not look pretty but will be plenty strong. I'd use some small black zip ties to minimize the effect. You could also try the plastic weld method using a soldering iron, but I think that would not be as strong.
