Ah. Well, since you were already making payments for your car, then just get a new one? I know it sucks but that's the thing with a loan that's worth more than the car. (not sure how much you still owed)

Also, the accident doesn't look THAT bad. Can you repair it? Or maybe not, the frame must be bent.

The passenger a pillar was crushed, passenger side of bay pushed back 4” and driver airbag deployed
