Thanks for reply.

I decided to splice into side marker lights,much simplier.

Now I need to get the mirrors to work.I only get the up position to work(power mirrors)

The XD mirror connector is smaller then the yaris one.I will swap the female connectors and trial and errror the wiring config.Hopefully I dont cook anything?
