175 series tire is almost 7 inches wide. So using the word stretched is not really what I am doing. I like the tread to be a little less then the rim width.

If you lower the car, you will likely rub.
I would go coil overs so likely would only go down an inch.

The main focus of this post was to get the overall diameter the same as factory.......
