There are I think three of them close to the center.
AFAIK that will only make the shield loose but to replace it you need to remove the front wheel hub and it is likely you will damage or destroy your wheel bearing during this operation.

no screws, hub is off the knuckle. going to replace the bearing, i have a temp used knuckle on. i will take a picture and post.
