First things first you need to bleed your brakes and clutch system, see how that works out, next if that doesn’t help, I would make sure your flywheel has been machined when you put the clutch in, if you didn’t, well, you gotta do it all over again. If that doesn’t help, I would replace the clutch slave cylinder with an OEM part, and then lastly... your synchronizer are going out... but that’s hopefully not it or else you have to take the transmission apart to do it.
