Got my new a/c parts in today and have to update previous information i initially posted. the center bolt 7mm is not fixed it does spin. Installation of the new pulley: i took the part that the belt fits over and affixed it over the male end of the compressor and the added a circlip to lock it in place on the compressor. Next there's a part don't know the tech name that backside has rubber ridges that fit into groves on the pulley that the belt rides on. BECAUSE THE CENTER BOLT LEAVING THE COMPRESSOR IS NOT FIXED BUT SPINS...fit the part that has the rubber ridges or teeth in between the rubber spacers on the pulley that the belt rides on just begin to thread it by hand onto the 7mm center bolt (that spins) turn the part with teeth clockwise for installation till u can't remove it by hand. then attach the third piece that spins onto the piece with teeth. You are done for now. the teeth only went a small way into the spacers. Put on ur drive belt and tighten it as necessary. put the passengers tire back on and reinstall the bottom covers. if ur outside fine. if ur inside let some fresh air in because ur going to be starting the engine. Start the car in neutral but don't drive go and observe the a/c pulley u'll see the space between the ac pulley and the part with the teeth still exists. now go back to the car and press the ac button if u listen u'll hear that part with the teeth locking into place. now go and observe the ac pulley and u should have a nice tight fit. BECAUSE OF THE TEETH THAT WORK THEIR WAY INTO THE AC BELT PULLEY THAT'S HELT INPLACE BY A CIRCLIP TO REMOVE THE PULLEY (ONCE IT GOES BAD AGAIN) UNLESS YOU BUY THE EXPENSIVE TOOL TO REMOVE THESE PRE PULLEY'S?, U'LL HAVE TO CUT THEM OFF. WHICH IS WHAT I DID. BE CAREFUL NOT TO CUT THE CENTER BOLT ON THE COMPRESSOR OR THE COMPRESSOR'S MALE CIRCULAR SHAFT THAT EXTENDS OUT OF THE COMPRESSOR.
