Spinning the wheela is a "No No" here on Australian roads. Getting caught purposefully spinning your wheels on the road will result in the car being impounded for 3 months and the driver ticketed for dangerous driving. This occurs under so-called "Hoon laws".
If you are not the owner of the car, it will still be impounded and you wil have to explain to the owner...
