Low Air Flow
Fresh air mode, fan speed to max, brand new air filter. My problem is on defrost mode the side vents next to the window do not blow strong air. The passenger side is noticeably weaker than the driver side. I notice the airflow is decent when the COLD/HOT dial is turned 3/4 of the way (with no resistance) to HOT but when I turn it all the way to max heat, there is slight resistance towards the end of the dial and the airflow is slightly reduced using max heat. I experimented with it and noticed the centre vents blow extremely strong air even on fresh air mode. It's just the side vents I am slightly having trouble with.

Take the glove box door off and look at the heater mechanisms as you move them.
