Definitely. However it won’t take as much travel to change the higher gears.
I think your clutch system is fine. However I recommend bleeding once a year I don’t know how many posts I saw when I was riding my motorcycle that went like this quote I am in Alaska and my transmission won’t shift what’s wrong“ Your clutch Needs to be bled that’s what’s wrong!
