That is an Asia built yaris 4 door better known as a vios
steering wheel surround, disconnect the battery wait 15 mins remove the airbag unplug the wiring, remove the 2 screws I have no experience of the heater vents with that type of dash |

A quick look on YouTube show the top of the dash has to come off
