i swapped my seats for xd seats. the seats physically are plug and play.
watching this guy gave inspiration. i cant find the other video where a guy wised up and just stuck it on a racing seat bracket. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RKjnKwUl1s4 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w99dFirBKKA there's another video of a guy sticking it in a tacoma using brackets from planted racing. https://priuschat.com/threads/16-brz...rius-c.199524/ this would prolly work on 3rd gen yaris. |

AFAIK the floor pan is identical between the Prius C and 3rd gen Yaris so this should work. Gonna source a set of Toyobaru seats and gen 3 seat rails and find out.

On another note: you don't find your 3rd Gen seats that comfy either? Visually they look much nicer than the 2nd Gens, but I guess that doesn't attest to their comfort level.

I don't find them that bad, its no Lincoln Town Car(I had a 1989 and 2003) but I've done many long 5+ hour drives in it with no issue, just the usual stiffness when getting out. They are MILES better than the seats in the 1999 Tercel that my car replaced lol.

No, just the usual 6 way manual adjust. up/down, front/back and recline.

I'm curious how comfortable they are and if they have lumbar adjustment. How do you like your xD seats? Have a photo of them in your car? |
