See that little amber glowing box? That is a Scangauge. Correct me if I'm wrong but your RPM gauge on the Scangauge would be a quarter of that box. Its very small. Great system for monitoring things like oil pressure and water temperature on a budget, but a lousy choice for a primary tachometer. I assumed you wanted a tach that you could easily view while driving, in which case you'd want either something analog or something with a larger display. That is the tach I chose. Large enough to see without a telescope but small enough to not clutter the dashboard of such a small car. Also, it was a measely 90 bucks, which is about what you'll pay for any small analog tach. |
