The 2ZR from an xD is more of a straight swap. I've thought about dropping in a 2AR in my Yaris, it's heavier though. You might want to grab the engine and transmission from a tC instead.
This guy was able to squeeze out 270HP out of a 2AR and he's installed it in his MR-S, he's also put a 1GR and 2GR in his MR-S: https://www.youtube.com/@FrankensteinMotorworks |
