I wouldn't worry about hurting an O2 Sensor with a little amount of oil in the gas like that. By the time it mixes with all of the gas in ur tank which seems to be 10 gallons if kinda full the mixture would turn from 50:1 to more like 25600:1 from my little bit of unknowledgeable guess so 25600 to 1 part oil which is not alot at all worse case it lubes ur fuelpump more also its a half gallon i dont think it would do anything other than make less friction. The last engine I had in my car would take 1 quart of oil every day pretty much. Started spending more on oil than gas for awhile. I still do not have a problem with my from O2 Sensor still the same one from 240k miles ago. If you get a p0420 you can always get rid of it for like 10$ with a capacitor and resistor wired into the O2 Sensor.
