the threaded insert looks like its ripped out, correct repair would be to remove the headliner and replace the antenna base, i replaced mine when i had my car repainted the body shop did a shit job masking off the antenna base so it had a bunch of overspray, the head liner is easy to remove just be very gentle and dontbend or crease it
