You will need your fingers. You have the option of making it easy on yourself with a 10mm socket and a phillips head screwdriver, but neither are necessary.

Only reason I'm asking is that I'm getting them shipped to my cousin's place in Denver b/c I'm visiting her in two weeks. So if I leave before they arrive, she gets to reship them at my expense, and I'll still have to pay duties (maybe (gift)). Anyhow... that's why. o/w I wouldn't worry!
