In Australia, there is a 1.3L (YR), 1.5L (YRS or YRX), you are both correct in terms of specs for the engines, but I can't be sure of availability in different nations.

By the way, why do you Americans use Litres for engines? While you stick with the imperial system, shouldn't you call the 1.5 litre Yaris a 0.396 gallon Yaris?
