I would hardly say it's good for you just because you tossed the word organic on to everything. Organic food just means they can charge you extra for each item. Especially when it comes to things like the organic/natural Cheetos White Chedder Puffs. Just because the word natural or organic is typed on the packaging, doesn't make all the bad stuff magically dissapear. Mayonnaise has plenty of fat whether it's organic or not. And that whole wheat pita bread would be just as healthy without the organic label (and save you a nice amount of money).
