I used a total of 100 sq ft of B-Quiet, which is essentially the exact same stuff as dynamat and raamat. Then stuffed some foam in and around. It totally cut down on the road noise, but I don't think doing much more would eliminate the sound that remains...unless you somehow increased the thickness of the firewall...
