start @ Leu Gardens early in the day before it gets crazy hot, then either a movie or a Millenia mall visit.

or try Gatorland and get her to hold a baby gator and then eat part of one of it's relatives lol.

friend @ work is trying to do Lake Eola and dinner for his anniversary but aside from walking around the lake (with the non-working fountain) there isn't much to do unless somethings going on in one of the verandas or the little performance shell

start off w/ the beach, if things go well, move onto staying a bit later and watching the stars...if not, go do something else.

Play it by ear bro. NEVER plan the whole thing out, life takes unexpected turns.....
