Thanks. Still worried he has not had his brake fluid level checked and or bled in over 400,00mi.

im amazed you have never changed your tranny fluid. 400k the oil probaly broken down and is almost as usefull as water by now. i mean if shes still ticking more power to you. keeper her rolling.

I'm with Mad Dog, even if your pads are still good, 3 year old brake fluid isn't.
I think every other fluid in the car other than the engine oil should be good for at least 5 years regardless of mileage. At that point, I'd at least change the coolant. |
