It is the opinion of most forum dwellers that mods like these don't help the Yaris in particular very much if at all. The exception to this IMO are the items marked in bold, which have been tested by many ppl in the past with positive results.

bought my FIDANZA lightweight flywheel and ACT CLUCH! next mod NST pulleys and the throttle controller from weapon r!!

^^ Those items will make a far more noticeable difference.
