The little guy will like that !
Don't forget, he can make himself useful around the house, too, while you go to work, or maybe ask him to wash your car. ;) |

(Bamboo doesn't count .... he had to take one for the team ... Bamboo II won't disappear!)
I am waiting for it to be freakin' pretty in this state, and tomorrow it is supposed to be warm (in the 70s) and SUNNY! I have my tripod ready (even though I have a Kodak digi ....) and the battery fully charged. I am going to go to some pretty cool spots around St. Paul; I have my route charted out - it's just a matter of getting a pretty day out. Bamboo is currently just hanging out on some little accent lights I have up against the back wall of the living room Pictures of outside will come tomorrow, I promise! (unless it rains again ... but as long as Mother Nature decides to be in a good mood, there will be pictures posted tomorrow!) Last edited by JBougie; 04-28-2010 at 01:33 AM. |

hahah Tomato - I DO have energy efficient lights ... just not in those, the hanging ones have the very dim colored lights in them :) Every other light in this house as the EE "Natural Light" bulbs - I love them!
Ok - as some of you may have seen from my FB page, I spent the majority of my day at the ER with my husband (complications post-surgery) so I am not going to go out and explore anything with Bamboo. He just got here, so I don't know why I'm in such a rush - but I did have time to write down the places that we are going to go LOL So now, because I have to be at home with him I will be most likely unable to do anything until this weekend. Sorry for the hold up guys, but I will be able to send him on next Monday or Tuesday to the next person :) Here is Bamboo hanging out in the car after we got home from the ER ....... (lol I know the pictures have been boring so far - but they won't be this weekend - I promise!) |

hmm, sorry to hear that ^
Good luck with post surgery recovery. We're not worried (about Bamboo, II), as long as we get an update now and then PS. So, how many pandas does it take to change a light bulb? Last edited by tomato; 04-28-2010 at 07:14 PM. Reason: clarity |

i am okay with waiting a little longer... take your time, rest and don't push your recovery...

The pictures are NOT boring to me. Besides I have it on good authority that Bamboo (pardon me, Bamboo II) likes to hang out and share people's every day lives |

Any pictures of Bamboo II are better than no pictures of Bamboo II, whether boring or not. We get to see that he's still alive and well.

Well, BambooII spent a day with me at the office and I snapped a few pictures ....
A dear friend of mine (who is a puppeteer, and one of the characters on http://www.transylvania-tv.com/) brought his puppets in to keep BambooII company for a while. They look innocent, but they swallow swords and the one in the chest (can't see him) eats fire .... which doesn't end well. No Pandas were harmed during the making of this picture :) Then, he discovered his love for a true Minnesota delicacy: TATER TOT HOT DISH! lol |

^ I'll get it from my friend tomorrow - I can't remember what she puts in it, but it's pretty simple. I had her make it just for his visit LOL
