When you say intake, do you mean intake manifold, or just CAI?

Don't get me wrong thoug, If i could throw this TB on and not have any issues i would have kept it on, but i had the first 3 problems that i mentioned above. So it had to come off, i think there are only a handful of memebers that have done this sucessfully
That was me. finally ran perfect with no CEL/oscillation at all and 5 minutes later at a stop light it just died and left me stranded 20 miles from home

Wow that sucks...
It's weird how inconsistent this mod is turning out to be... Some have no problems and others, well...

Oh I just ended up using a dremel... Came out perfect but took a while to get there.

My mods:
-Intake
-Underdrive Crank Pulley
-Header
-2" custom exhaust (only 1 cat deleted)
-1zz TB (its on right now, but as I mention, it has done it without the TB)
-Nothing else for now

I haven't scan it because the CEL goes off as soon as it gets back to normal.

This might be a good mystery to solve.
Check the spark-plugs, I was running on nitrous when this first happened, after that it kept happening and I didn't know what it was (although it only happened while I was using nitrous) I asked my friend, he told me to check the spark plugs, and surely, 2 of them were burned to sh*t. Hope this helped.
