Let me tell you my parents got me my first car when i was 17 and it was a 240sx. It got me into a whole lot of trouble. Totaled the car. I had to take the bus and ride my bike for a year. It made my greatly appreciate having a car. Finally my dad got a new car and gave me his old POS ford escort no power seats, no defroster, no passanger mirror, no radio, no a/c no power steering about as basic as you get. Eventually i saved up enough money to buy my own new car which was my yaris. Parents didnt help me at all and i dont hate them for it. Ever since then i havent got any tickets or when i think about doing something really stupid in my car i think twice about it.
The best thing you can do for him is probally show tough love or he will never learn. He is at that age already where he has to grow up. |

On conventional keyboards (or in other words, non-laptops), hold down <Ctrl><Alt> and type 1062 on your keyboard, and it will give you a ¢ sign! The <Num Lock> key must be on! More special characters here! Being stationed overseas, you learn a lot of these... Just my 2¢!  Cheers! M2
