Oh man only now I see this thread, it's heartbreaking... and those LED mirrors looked so good too Maybe their infinite awesomeness blinded the driver of the chevy, attracted him like a moth to a flame, and bang...

Anyway, I hope the damage is repairable, or that at least you get a brand new car (that you can start modding all over again!)

well the offical word is the 20th for the fixed date.... grand total was just over $3500, so hopefully by the time its fixed the insurance companies have everything worked out and i wont have to pay my deductable.

on a positive note after working on my truck some Im getting between 18-20mpg on my last half a tank and think that with just a lil more work I can get between 20-22mpg...

My GF yells at me because I park a mile away from everything... she doesn't understand that 3 more minutes of walking = lower blood pressure for me.

Walk around a junkyard sometime, LOTS of family sedans have broken windows from the airbag cover ;)
Holy crap, you're right. What stupid engineering! They probably do that on purpose. If airbags are deployed, chances are there's going to be an insurance claim coming anyway, might as well milk it!

Just one more reason not to get involved with GM.

So sorry to see this happened to you.

But, I just feel those pics are so cute when putting them side by side. Just like a fight between 2 kids.

Yes, this round, JDM won!

Hope you get your love one back soon!

my maxima took over 2 weeks to be fixed and it still was never really fixed. They were waitin for the ECM and eventually, I gave up waiting. It wasn't even in an accident or anything!
