I ordered the connectors mentioned in this thread and they were completely wrong for the tail lights ordered from MicroImage. Anyone need some connectors?

I just took the original connectors off the stock lights and put them on the new ones.

There is a little plastic locking bale that needs to be popped out with a screwdriver. Then I used a bobby pin to unlock each pin from the connector. The pins just pop into the connector, you put the locking bale back in, and you are all set!

Hello everyone, new here. Sorry to revive such an old topic But I bought some JDM taillights for my 2011 sedan but the connectors are way different, is there like a diy cheat sheet around i could use to connect them? Thanks!

You can find JDM tails for cheap on Yahoo Auctions Japan. But you have to use a third party logistics company such as Buyee.jp

Just bought JDM tails for $50, used but yes $50 and change for the pair. Shipping was anywhere from $100 - $150. I was in no hurry so I picked the cheapest so out the door was around $150!

Now I'm trying to find the connector but I might just cut and splice the wires.
