Polarity matters with LEDs. If you put one in and it won't light - take it out and rotate it 180 degrees.
How many of the ventilation control "Neo - Wedge Instrument Panel Bulbs" do we need?

Yeah Violin, how many of the panel bulbs are needed to switch all the ventilation knob bulbs out?

yup one bulb per knob :) i ordered those same blue lights, and installed them like last tuesday, and they look really good, a little warmer blue than i really wanted, but they still look real good.

and match well with my blue and white headunit, and white guages :)
if only i could find the cord to hook my camera (phone) to the computer ;)

may have been the 100th reply, but i got the 100th post medal ;) and it is sitting in my trophy room already :P

as for your switch on your window button, i am sure it can be changed, for it has to be lit by something, and how hard could it really be to change a light bulb....well, i dont want to know...

but because it is not feasible to change all of the green lights in my cluster, one tinny green light on my armrest isnt going to distract from anything, for me anyways.

Hey all, just wanted to say thank you to everyone that contributed to this thread. The research and picutures (tutorial) helped a lot.

I installed two red LED bulbs to replace the top two HVAC controls and they look great. Considering a super white white LED to replace the third control, but it's currently lighted by an unprotected white incandescent bulb

Cheers
