Wow that is awesome, except i have a tanabe exhaust :-/ wish i didn't spend my money on a new compressor so i can grab one of these and try it out :-(
If anyone has any concerns about if it will stay on the exhaust, take a punch tool and a hammer and just make to indents where it will be mounted so it will have little divets to sit in without making holes in the exhaust... but the double bolts should keep it snugged into place really well |

Hello Kitty exhaust tip on a Toyota Yaris:
Here you go!
Haven't put it on tight yet, just put it on to see if it fits. ... it does! I don't think I'm going to paint it after all. I can't get it on really tight with my fingers right now, though, I think I need a small pair of plyers or something to do the job right. Thanks again, Garm. I couldn't be happier. ![]()

Looks like this, Kaotic. The part with the screws sits at the bottom.
I think I need one of these to do the job right. Or a pair of pliers with a long nose. No biggy. and having it welded on is not a bad idea, either. I just might. Not that I'm afraid it will fall off, it's just that where I park my car during the day, they'll take anything ! anyway, this is it guys, the Toyota Yaris customized Hello Kity exhaust tip. Like I said before, it's a solid piece, looks real nice in person |

When the engine's running, it'd probably work as a Hello Kitty branding iron.

Any difference in sound tomato? Did you give it a good loud rev? :)
If you go to any hardware store, you can get a socket wrench and socket(s) fo runder $12...or some needle nose pliers like you said could do the trick. Next meet, every Yaris is gonna be officially modded LOL.... |

What is that, a 10mm bolt? If you really are worried about someone taking it, then you probably should get it welded (with a custom cat-back as well
).

^ I probably will, just so I don't have to worry about it. On the other hand, if I weld it, I won't be able to remove it myself. I'll think about it over the xmas break.
The hardest part was getting the part now putting it on shouldn't be too hard :) When is the next meet anyway? Yes, we'll all be modded even if only a little ^ - ^ Anybody else received their HK tip yet? Please post up your pix! :) |
