Just a note for you second timers, do you mind if first timers get added ahead of your second time around? I'd like everyone to have a chance with him.

If you have any issues, one option is that I can "shuffle" the first timers in between you guys.

Another option is that I can put a date beside your request to see him second, and after 30 days you'll get "locked in" to that spot. Does that sound fair?

I'd appreciate your opinions prior to any others signing up, if that's possible. We just had a new addition, and I want to make sure everything seems fair to both first and second timers. I'd hate for you 2nd timers to not say anything and to keep getting pushed down the list.

If anyone has another ideas for handling the ordering of second timers, I'd love to hear it.

Treyz, we could arrange for you to see Bambo for a short time (~1wk or so) after when Zefoxe has him. You two could meet and trade him off in person. It may stick you with postage again, though.

I just don't want people to think they are getting cut in line, you know? I'm aiming to make everyone happy.

Bambo arrived on a Saturday from a trip he had just taken in New York with Treyz. He was super excited to see me and visit his cousin Link and cousin Bobo as he hasn't seen them in ages. Tomorrow we will meet up with Link and Bobo to go to the Udvar-Havy Smithsonian Space Center. Can't wait!!

We arrived at the Space Center just in time before it started to rain

Blue's Clue's decided he wanted to come along as she has never seen the Space Shuttle up close, only on TV.

"Wow, looks like rain", Bambo says to his two cousin's Link and Bobo.

Once we made it inside the building, everyone was searched for illegal bamboo being smuggled in. Good thing we left our stash at home .

The first thing you see when you walk into this massive building is the SR-71 Blackbird. Bambo was really interested in this plane and mentioned that he once built a scale model just like it.

"I think I know how I can shoehorn this into a Vitz, no problem...wonder if Blitz will make a bolt on?"

"Mmmmmmmm space food"

"Hey look, it's lunch time according to that big ass Rolex."

"Turkey sammich, nom nom nom nom nom nom"

"Look at me, I'm a pilot"

"Uncle Mike, can you buy me this rocket, pleeeeeeeaaaasse?"

"Ha, do I look cool or what?"

After a few hours at the center, we dicided to head home. Bambo was telling me about his Vitz back home, and wanted to know if I would let him drive. Of course I couldn't say no!!

Monday came too quickly, but it just so happened to be "Bring your Panda to work day" at the office. Bambo was really interested in my vest. Although it was a bit big, he could hold his own if needed.

I showed Bambo where I spend most of my time doing internal investigations in the interrogation room. We decided we would do a little role play and act out a scene from one of his favorite shows, NYPD

"I didn't do it!!"

"Oh yeah, lets see how you like it down at D4 with all the other criminals!!"

Met up with Aothachos at a local meet (he likes the liftback better, hehe) ...

he took my camera to play around with and took this cool sky pic. He said, "uh oh, more rain," but it held out the rest of the night till we drove home ...

Sure did. They even had a display set up but it was Optimus Prime just outside the Imax Theater

Darb, I don't want to get in the way of others getting Bambo for the first time, or cause any tension (if there is any), so you can keep or take off "2nd timers" as you see fit. It's all good.

as a first timer who has not received him yet, my argument is for one of the options that darb set forth... put them tentative at the end of the list, and then at 30 days, lock them in... if another person who has not had a turn checks in before then, 2nd timers move down as necessary... after that, people that are added must PM appropriate 2nd timers requesting moving up... then appropriate 2nd timer would PM darb(if he is still running at that time) and notify what was decided(move 1st timer ahead), if decided...

on a different note, here is a suggestion for more time to get the address... when the person before you gets the little guy, PM the next person on the list... for example, when jbougie gets him, i PM darb, that way address will be attained with more notice(just in case someone is unable to regularly access their computer accounts)...

Isn't that one Enterprise? It was a flight test only shuttle and never went into space.
