Weird thing..my left wheel sits in more than the right

I installed 12mm hub spacers, measured both to be 12mm, thing is after i was all done i noticed that the left wheel sits in more than the right. Guess it wasnt noticeable till the wheels (15 steelies) were spaced out. I made sure that both sides fully bolted closed no gaps or anything. The only thing i have left to test is switching the rear wheels around to see maybe its the wheels offset (iono). So i cant attribute it to the spacers because they are both the same size...
