Anyone object to me giving Bambo a bath? First thing I noticed when I received him was that he was kinda dirty. I think a good wash, set on cold and a little Febreeze dryer sheet action would do him good. More pics coming later, stay tuned

Mad Dog, jdinrc is correct in saying it is the Enterprise. It is impressive to say the least

Darb, I don't want to get in the way of others getting Bambo for the first time, or cause any tension (if there is any), so you can keep or take off "2nd timers" as you see fit. It's all good.
No tension, I mostly just want to get a method in place in order to prevent any future tension.

on a different note, here is a suggestion for more time to get the address... when the person before you gets the little guy, PM the next person on the list... for example, when jbougie gets him, i PM darb, that way address will be attained with more notice(just in case someone is unable to regularly access their computer accounts)...
Echo, thanks for the suggestion, I think the 30 day "lock in" is probably the way to go. It gives newcomers a chance to get in and still keeps 2nd timers from getting shoved down the list each time someone new arrives.

Good idea on the address, that way, whoever has Bambo can focus on taking pictures and having fun while the next person focuses on figuring out who is second in line.

I thought of that too. My wife was reluctant to touch the little guy. I just didn't want to be responsible for a washer full of stuffing..

I think if you put him in with a load of towels or other soft stuff on gentle or perm press he should be fine.

Either towels or as much as I hate to see the little guy get pummpled, tennis balls. What they'll do is hit him moving the stuffing aroundso that it doesn't clump all in one place (though now I'm thinking that this trick is really meant for down feartheres pillows lol).

Another option would be to put him in a pillowcase and tie or pin it shut, then wash.

Or just hand wash him in a sink with some detergent.

That's almost as bad as then tying ont end to a cynderblock lol.

he just wants to give him a bath, not send him to a watery grave haha!
