Why do I have a feeling that only the two in the backseat are still sober?

Do I understand correctly that the guy tried to run over a cat on purpose?
If that's the case, what a douche.
Too bad his car is still running!
Hope the cat's OK.

By the way, jumpman, I love your new sig. That is one COOL looking ride!

Cat's aren't exactly smart. I killed my first one around a month ago. They enjoy running across streets and aiming for your tires, that's why they're found dead in the street.

As far as a cat doing that much damage to the car, that seems unlikely.

Most cats crossing a busy street will pick a time they think they can make it, then they just run like hell straight across, not looking at traffic. They're usually pretty predictable and avoidable if you're watching, but they're often run over.

I certainly wasn't aiming for it but there isn't much room to swerve on a two-lane road. Unfortunately my very wide tires didn't help its odds either.

I missed that part of is .... I would have punched him in the face if I heard him say that. And happily spent the weekend in jail, plead the assault down to a disorderly conduct and left the court with a misdemeanor that I would have been OK with knowing that I got one back for the poor kitty.

If he really was trying to run over a cat it is too bad he didn't total the car and kill himself in the process. The world would be better off without people with that kind of attitude.

i think it's hilarious that s/he even replaced the hubcab, "there, that oughta do it..."

looks like they hit a low-height post (like those ones at gas stations, how annoying are those?!) while driving outta control, you can see that the car swerved right as the post scrapped by on the left..

that lion pic is hilarious!
