Bringing this thread back to life.
For Yaris TS owners: In case you don't know who NST is... They are a reputable company that has been supporting the Yaris community in the US for some time now. They have come out with several products for the Yaris and they recently announced that they are working on a Lightweight Pulley kit for the 1.8L 2ZR-FE engine. The Pulley kit for the 1.5L Yaris is one of the most popular performance mods over all the performance oriented crowd here on YarisWorld. Also, Europe owners should not be worried since NSt will ship their products Worldwide. Another product that they already have available for the YARIS TS is the SSK Short shift kit. Do a search over the forum to read the reviews on that kit. I have it installed in my car and is awesome. It completely changes the feel of the shifter on the car. Regarding the lightweight pulley kit, there is still not a confirmed date for the release. The kit is on development stage. The idea of this thread is to show interest to NST so they speed up the development and production process! Last edited by CASTREX; 10-20-2008 at 03:43 PM. |

Bump!
Any more TS owners interested on the pulleys??? Come on people show your interest!!! These pulleys are small and light so shipping to Europe should not be too bad... Better yet, sign also for the intake manifold and have both items shipped at the same time!! |

NST SSk is a great investment! You will be really happy with it. Is cheap and really easy to install.
Basically it will reduce de distance of the shifts around 30% This translate into faster and more precise shifting.... Really cool If you buy from microimageonline.com they will ship international at a really low cost. Take a look at this thread for more information and reviews: http://www.yarisworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7535 |
