rear hub spacers from penguingarage.com come with camber shims, they add about -1deg of camber.

ask the question please, you haven't asked or told why you want to combine shims?

you could always stack the shims from penguingarage ;) put two under each lower bolt each side, get an extra 2deg camber. not recommended, but iv'e seen it done on the honda fit with no ill effects.

The bolts supplied by PG are plenty long enough I think. There was more than enough length for my 10mm spacers and I imagine adding 2 shims won't be a problem for the bolt length.

Have you checked with an alignment shop to see what they'd us to correct extreme positive camber situations (colision repair etc)?
When I had a 4 wheel alignment done the alignment rack did measure those spec's. the tech said the toe was slightly out at one of my rear wheels but not enough to be concerned. He said if I noticed odd tire wear to come in and they'd address it. With shims behind the brakes I assume.
