Tighten e-brake?

I was wondering if anyone could tell me an easy way to tighten up the e-brake on my 07 LB at the wheel instead of the cab???

Just a little note here: You should almost NEVER need to adjust the handbrake at the handle. That adjustment is only intended to compensate for wear and stretching of the handbrake cables, which is something that might be need to done once in 10 years. The adjustment you SHOULD be making is at the brake itself. Making the adjustment there affects not just the handbrake operation, but also actual braking.

Don't adjust the symptom, adjust the cause!
